This mould is made from Cr/Ni steel, hardness 60 HRC, it is supplied complete with base, top lever and safety catch to avoid disengagement during the Jolting operation. All surfaces are grinded and tolerance is held within 0.1mm as requested by standard. Sample size 40 x 40 x 150 mm.

CM25-100/01 FEED HOPPER
Used to fill the cement mortar in the mould model prisms when it is mounted on the Jolting Machine. Made from aluminium casting.
CM25-120 THREE UNIT MOULD FOR PRISMS
ASTM C 348
This mould made from steel, hardness 55 HRB, is used to prepare cement mortar prisms as required by the above-mentioned specification. The mould must be used with feed hopper. Sample size 40 x 40 x 160 mm.
CM25-120/01 FEED HOPPER
Used to fill the mould model prisms with cement mortar when it is mounted on the Jolting apparatus. Made from aluminium casting.
CM25-180 THREE UNIT MOULD FOR CEMENT PRISMS
Made from quality steel, it conform to the above mentioned specification, and is designed to cast at the same time 3 specimen 70 x 70 x 280 mm. The mould may be entirely dismounted.

CM27-100 JOLTING APPARATUS FOR THREE UNIT PRISMS MOULDS
Jolting apparatus, consisting of a table holding the mould, seated on a rotating can drive at 60 revolutions per minutes. Used for setting three-unit mould 40 x 40 x 160 mm specimen. The apparatus is supplied with main switch box, automatic electronic digital drop counter, push button start / stop, 220 – 240 V, 50 Hz, 1 ph.
